Founded in 2023, The Element Magazine & Writers Association is a dynamic student-led organization dedicated to uplifting and amplifying the voices of minority students through powerful artistic expression—spanning art, fashion, music, writing, and more. More than just a magazine, The Element is a vibrant and inclusive community that celebrates the creativity, culture, and achievements of students of color. Our mission is rooted in representation, connection, and authenticity. We spotlight a broad spectrum of POC talents while curating engaging experiences—from culturally rich photoshoots to collaborative events that foster meaningful relationships. Whether you're a creative, a visionary, or someone passionate about storytelling and representation, there’s a place for you here. We offer opportunities to get involved through Executive Board leadership, our Production Team (photographers, models, and stylists), the Writers Association, or as a general member.
